Couples Counseling can be an opportunity to intentionally create space for nurturing the relationship and navigating challenges that face many couples. We use evidence-based approaches for couples including: the Gottman Method, Emotion Focused Therapy, and Attachment Theory. We also offer the Prepare/Enrich program for couples counseling – a premarital counseling program that provides insights on strengths and opportunities for growth. Completion of this program results in a reduced cost of one’s marriage license.
