Life can be a challenging journey for all of us at times. I am very passionate about helping individuals feel seen and heard. My role is to listen openly and help guide my clients through tough life experiences while working towards their goals.
I value creating an open and safe space for my clients because I believe everyone deserves a nonjudgmental environment to express who they are. Having such a space, along with the right support, allows learning, growth, and healing to occur naturally. Since every individual is unique, I tailor my therapeutic approach to meet each person’s specific needs.
I have a special interest in helping children and adolescents with anxiety and depression. I also enjoy working with children and adolescents who are navigating parental separation, school behavior issues, anger, and self-esteem challenges. I use a variety of interventions, including Play Therapy, DBT, CBT, and Person-Centered Therapy.
In my free time, I enjoy watching documentaries, listening to music, cooking, and spending time with friends and family.
