We are in network with all major insurers including but not limited to: Health Partners, Medica, United Behavioral Health (UBH), Medical Assistance (MA), Preferred One, Aetna, Hennepin Health, Cigna, Blue Plus, Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS), Optum, United Health Care, Beacon Health, UCare, and all Fairview Hospital system employees. If you do not see your insurance on our list, please contact us, as we are also in network with several smaller insurance plans.

Most major medical insurance plans cover outpatient mental health services from a licensed mental health clinic such as Eden Therapy Center.  We handle all the billing to your insurance plan electronically.

While all plans are different, most plans have the consumer pay a co-payment per visit. Some plans have deductibles which means you must “meet” your deductible in a given calendar year before your plan pays benefits. Please contact the number on the back of your insurance card if you have specific questions in regards to your benefits.

Eden Therapy Center has established relationships with most major health insurance companies in the industry. Private Pay Options are also available.
