After your initial session is scheduled, you will get an email inviting you to our confidential Client Portal. The portal invitation will expire in three days as a security measure. If you need another invitation, do not hesitate to call or email us. Once you have accessed the portal, you will be prompted to review and fill out several forms. These forms typically take 3-5 minutes to complete except for the Intake form, which can take up to 45 minutes. The document can only be opened one time, please complete it as you open it. We recommend that you use a laptop or computer as the portal website is not phone-compatible at this time.
You are required to complete these forms before your first appointment as this allows your therapist to get to know you better.
