Harper Jade is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). She graduated from Lewis and Clark College in Portland, OR in 2018 before moving to Duluth in 2019. Harper sees therapy as a collaborative and creative process. Through this outlook, she creates a space of curiosity to work together with her clients to process the past, navigate the present, and move towards their envisioned future.
Harper entered this field with an interest in working with individuals and their families around concerns related to experiences of trauma, family life transitions, parenting/co-parenting issues, depression, anxiety, as well as grief and loss. Her strengths-based and client centered approach is supported by systemic and trauma informed practices including Internal Family Systems, Brainspotting, Emotionally Focused Therapy, and Feminist Theory to address the emotional and sociocultural barriers impeding relational growth. Harper offers therapy to teens ages 16 years and older, adults, and families and is LGBTQ affirming.
