Hi, I’m Autumn! I work with a variety of clients but especially enjoy supporting college-aged or young adult women through life transitions, body image concerns, self-esteem issues, and relationship challenges. I have a special interest in working with individuals who are untangling the impact of emotionally immature parents. If you are looking to explore how past roles and relationship patterns are impacting your present, I would be honored to come along side you to help unpack that further. I want clients to walk away having developed self-compassion and a greater understanding of themselves, as a foundation for building healthier connections with others.
Every story deserves to be heard. My approach is compassionate, authentic, and respectful of each person’s unique path. I strive to create a space where you feel seen, heard, and supported—allowing healing to unfold at your own pace. I’m passionate about helping clients identify and move beyond limiting beliefs, so they can live in alignment with their values and purpose.
I hold a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Liberty University and use evidence-based approaches including CBT, DBT, IFS, and EMDR (I’m an EMDRIA-approved basic-trained therapist).
Outside of the therapy room, you can usually find me soaking up nature on a trail or at the dog park with my pup. I’m a foodie through and through and love baking all things sourdough, trying new recipes, or finding cozy coffee shops and restaurants with my husband and friends.
I look forward to helping you build a life that brings you happiness, free of burdens and pain from your past!
