I believe that people have the power to live healthy, connected, and fulfilling lives. I support clients in safely exploring difficult relationship histories and developing new boundaries for healthier communication.
I specialize in working with adults who have experienced childhood trauma, sexual abuse, and attachment wounds. As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I utilize a variety of evidence-based treatment approaches, including EMDR, DBT, and Attachment-Focused Trauma Therapy.
I am also a registered yoga instructor with training in trauma-informed yoga and polyvagal theory, and I believe that our bodies hold trauma. Clients are welcome to explore body movement and breathwork in sessions to support nervous system regulation. No prior yoga experience is necessary to access the healing benefits this work can offer.
LGBTQIA++ affirming and ally.
In my free time, if I’m not reading or practicing yoga, you might find me searching for the best British crime and detective series with my partner, spending time with my ever-expanding blended family, or hanging out with my two rescue Chihuahuas, Frankie and Izzy.
With proper support and guidance, healing and change are possible—I see it every day.
I guide clients in cultivating self-acceptance, worthiness, and love. There is no question that the work is hard—and you can do hard things.
