Life can sure be a challenge! Therapy is about support for movement and change. I have been trained and/or certified in therapies that work with the brain and body in ways that are giving people a new lease on life. Every day clients are finding out how they can feel new, different, ‘cleaned out’, balanced, and with new energy and ability to move forward.
I have training in stress reduction and healing techniques including Emotional Freedom Techniques, also known as tapping, a “cutting edge” approach in our therapeutic practices; along with EMDR. These techniques are powerful for the release of negative emotions, a shift out of old energies that are keeping you stuck in anxiety and depression, or the healing of trauma memories.
Whether you are carrying trauma in your body, OR feel like life is piling up on top of you, OR the systems and patterns you’ve been using for years to deal with problems aren’t working so well anymore, let’s see together how we can help you get on an easier more effective path.
The most frequent feedback I hear is that I am warm, accepting, and nonjudging. Clients tell me they feel a peace in my presence that aids in their healing. They feel safe and honored for what they have lived. They have recently exclaimed: “I rarely feel the kind of peace that I feel in this room with you”…“You helped me as much as you helped my family member”…“I learned so much!”. I honor all ages, genders, cultures, and backgrounds. Whether you are carrying trauma in your body OR feel like life is just “too much”, let’s see together how we can help you get on an easier happier road.
I would love to meet and work with you.
