I believe in your ability to live a life you find meaningful and fulfilling and am here to help you reconnect with your inherent sense of self-worth.
My approach to therapy is holistic, believing that the body, mind, spirit, and social connections all play an integral part in wellness and that life can be more enjoy-able when we work with the current instead of against it. I strive to create a space where you will be seen, heard, and feel safe to be unapologetically yourself. In session, you can expect that we will explore experiences from a place of curiosity, respect and likely laugh a bit along the way.
My goal is for you to feel empowered and equipped to navigate the twists and turns of life. I’ll support you in unpacking experiences, feeling all the feelings, adjusting behaviors that no longer serve a helpful purpose, and reframing narratives that keep you stuck, all at a pace that is right for you.
