“When everything seems to lack integrity, you find yourself.” – Madeleine Albright.
The journey to good mental health is available to everyone, but not all seek it. It can be challenging work. My job is to walk beside you, to support you, to teach you and to be with you in the hope that you learn to find your inner peace and new choices with the situations that might be hurting you. You will find in me an understanding and compassionate fellow human being who is walking their own journey and eager to be a partner in your work.
I have been in the mental health field for more than five years, receiving my Master of Science in Clinical Counseling from Capella University in 2021. I take a cognitive behavioral approach when working with adults at all stages of life’s development. What we think affects how we feel, which affects how we behave, which alters our consequences and outcomes. Life’s best ideas and goals are meaningless unless you have the courage to act.
Those that know me best have called me one of the most determined individuals they know, with tenacity and courage to keep going even in dark days of grief. Life is expanding for me and my two daughters, and I hope to be there to help you expand your choices as well. So, if you are struggling with how you are feeling and are looking for a different view on the journey you are taking, then let me walk beside you for a moment. Together we will seek out that inspiration to capture your best life worth living.
