I want to help anyone who feels they are not able to be their best, most authentic self. I work with clients to help them achieve their goals, whatever they may be. I specifically want to ensure that people who may not have diagnosed mental health or substance use disorders have access to any help they may need.

I have extensive experience working with substance use and co-occurring disorders, but I find that everyone can have difficulties with their mental health. I strive to help everyone reach their desired potential by identifying obstacles and overcoming challenges.

I understand that everyone needs help from time to time and I want to make help accessible to anyone who may need it. I do not require my clients to have a diagnosis, so they are not put into a box, which allows me to work with them on a truly individual basis for the best chances of success.
